Gala Bingo created a partnership with 52 Lives, a donations charity that aims to change someone’s life every week of the year.
The popular bingo brand runs three linked games every Sunday where 100% of the profits will go to the charity. These special games play in the City, Castle, Country and Royal rooms at 9pm, 10pm and 11pm. Tickets cost 25p each and there’s a fixed prize payout of £150 in each game.
By playing the 52 Lives games players will be helping Gala to reach their goal of generating £52,000 over 52 weeks and changing 52 lives.
In addition, Gala Bingo players can nominate one person a month who they think needs help and the charity will select the most worthy recommendation and help them.
52 Lives was launched in November 2013. Every week the charity posts a story about someone who’s in need of help on their website and social media, and asks people to make a donation for the cause. 52 Lives has over 100,000 followers on Facebook and twitter and they have even gained the support of 52 celebrities including Holly Willoughby, Kelly Hoppen MBE, Rickie H Williams and Ray Quinn.
